After earning the Certificate, students with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 may elect to change their status so they can complete the MPA degree. A “change of status” requires a new graduate application. All of the credits earned as part of the Certificate are fully-transferrable and count towards the completion of the MPA degree.
Applications for the Certificate in Public and Nonprofit Management are not being accepted for the 2020-2021 academic year. Please contact the Department of Public and Nonprofit Studies regarding admission in a future term.
