Biography

Cassandra Dodge is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology at Georgia Southern University. She received her doctorate in Criminology from the University of South Florida in 2021, where she also earned a graduate certificate in digital forensics in 2017. She maintains active membership in the American Society of Criminology’s Division of Cybercrime and the European Society of Criminology’s Working Group on Cybercrime. 

A veteran of the United States Air Force Security Forces, her research interests include cybercrime, sexual assault in the military, law enforcement technology, and LGBT issues in justice. Her work has appeared in the American Journal of Preventative Medicine, Deviant Behavior, American Journal of Criminal Justice, and Journal of Criminal Psychology.
