Dr. Jonathan Grubb Elected Vice Chair for Victimology Section of Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences

Congratulations to GS Criminal Justice and Criminology Assistant Professor Dr. Jonathan Grubb!!!! He has been elected to be the next Vice Chair for the Victimology Section of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences (ACJS).

The Victimology Section membership is committed to raising the awareness of the field of Victimology. The mission of the Section is to bring together academy members with a particular interest in victimology in order to: (1) Facilitate and encourage research and theory development related to victimology, (2) Encourage appropriate and effective teaching techniques and practices for victimology-related courses, (3) Encourage organization of and participation in conference sessions related to victimology, and (4) Serve as a resource network for and encourage interaction among academic, research, practitioner and policy-making sectors to further the knowledge in victimology.
