Annual Career and Internship Fair – March 2013

The Annual Career and Internship Fair, sponsored by the the Justice Studies Club and the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology, was held Wednesday March 13th. Federal, State, and Local agencies from around the state of Georgia were in attendance to recruit potential interns and future employees. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the Justice Studies Club, the fair was an enormous success.

Students had the opportunity to meet representatives from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, the United States Marshals Services, the Department of Natural Resources, Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Georgia Department of Corrections, Statesboro Police Department, Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police Department, Department of Public Safety, and Georgia Southern University Public Safety.

Additionally, students had the opportunity to discuss graduate school with representatives from the Master of Arts in the Social Sciences and Master of Public Administration programs.
